Dear Ingrid,
Absolutely every plan you made happened like clockwork! Thanks to you we had a wonderful vacation and learned a lot, especially about Turkey. Ufuk was a WONDERFUL guide and Ulice a real professional driver. Ufuk was knowledgeable and open about talking about Turkey's history and present circumstances in the world. As Americans we don't always get from our media a clear picture of the Turkish perspective. Ufuk was a real ambassador for his country!
All the hotels in Turkey were very good. On Samos, however, it was clear that the hotel is in grave financial trouble. Things are not being properly maintained and they are scrimping on services. Most disappointing was the fact that the air conditioner didn't work and neither did the Wi-Fi. It's also quite far from town. The hotel in Athens was fine. We had no real complaints about anything, but I thought you would like this feedback.

Judy and I are back home, getting back to normal. Just wanted to let you know that our arrangements in Istanbul were terrific. Thanks to our tour guide Serhat we had two beautiful and most memorable days possible.
He was grand, Istanbul is a marvelous place and he make it even better.
Serhat was there to go the extra mile for us and we truly appreciated it. We spent close to 11-12 hours together on the 18th and we learned so much abt the city and its history and people. Our evening Turkish evening was outstanding, surely we went to places we would never of found or gone to.
Overall it was just a great experience!! Needless to say we would highly recommend Serhat to everyone. Thanks for all your time and efforts in putting this together for us.

In addition to what Clive has said already I would like to add on behalf of Professor Straker as well as myself, that we were much impressed by the quality of all the guides you provided throughout our trip, and especially with the lady guide who collected us at Cesme and guided us for the next few days to Priene, Ephesus and Selcuk inter alia, who was well informed, articulate, widely read and delightful company; and the lady driver who assisted her careful, skilful and considerate, who formed a team which would be very hard to better anywhere.
We also appreciated your meticulous and thoughtful planning. Hotels were well chosen; all excellent. Guides and drivers helpful, experienced and flexible, prepared to amend the itinerary (on one occasion) to the requirements of three elderly, and by then tired, people. Busses and cars were clean and comfortable, our luggage handled and packed with care.
Turkey proved to be full of charming and fulfilling surprises, and high as my expectations were, it completely surpassed them. We three can’t wait to get back again next year and you may depend on it that you will be the first to be advised of our dates and requested to design our second visit for us.
We will make sure that we call in to see you in your offices next year to meet you and to thank you personally.

Home again after a wonderful 34 days in Europe. Arrangements you made for the 13 days we spent in Greece & Turkey were excellent. These included periods of free time interspersed with the tours that worked well. Your suggestion of two days on the Island of Chios on route from Athens to Cesme, renting a car and exploring the island as we wished, worked out very well. The many guides on the tours you arranged were professional and knowledgeable. If we have to choose a number one it would be Mustafa Askın at Troy. One minor improvement that could have been arranged was 26th July when we traveled from Selcuk to Canakkale with H. F. Travel. Our schedule mentioned only “swimming break on route when available”. This didn’t happen but we stopped at Pergamum where the other 3 people in the bus had tickets for the tour, including lunch. We purchased tickets from the guide and enjoyed the experience. Had we not done so we would have had to wait doing nothing. We were impressed with our first day in Turkey. The voucher for this day lists our guide as Gokhan Baydur. We cannot remember the names of the guide and driver who met us at Port Cesme but they were both good company. The 2.5 hour drive to Selcuk, with a confident and safe driver seemed to pass quickly with so much talk. Lunch in the Selcuk market, and tours of the Virgin Mary House and Ephesus were all memorable. At the end of the day they delivered us to Hotel Kalehan, a beautiful family operated establishment that we would highly recommend. Please thank the guide and driver for looking after us so well. Gallipoli was very moving particularly as a friend of John’s family (now long deceased) was a survivor of the 1915 campaign. Istanbul was marvelous and our two guides very helpful. We wish to congratulate you on the way you compiled our itinerary and your efficient manner in corresponding with us through the many emails. Thank you.

I thought you would like to know how it all turned out. But first let me thank you for making the last minute flight arrangements from Izmir to Istanbul. I have forgotten our driver's name, but she drove us more than once and she was great. She was always on time, very courteous and very skillful.
All the arrangements in Istanbul went well with one mild exception. Our guide on the second day took us to all the central sites and did it well. At the end of the day he asked us if we would mind going to a carpet shop because his agency really wanted him to take us there. We liked him and didn't want to get him in trouble, so we reluctantly agreed. We did not want to go, we had no intention of buying a carpet, but we went to please him. I felt very pressured to go and was not happy with the shop. The salesman did not offer us any refreshment and gave a very long sales presentation. When we finally got out of there, we were near the Grand Bazaar and I assumed it was part of the tour. The guide thought he was finished for the day and hadn't planned to take us there. He did take us and was very gracious about it. I know the agency gets a commission on the rugs that are sold during its tours but was upset that I almost missed the experience of the Grand Bazaar due to a carpet sales pitch. That's my only complaint.
We enjoyed the whole experience in Kusadasi. When I realized we could have stayed in a hotel overlooking the sea I was sad for a moment until I experienced the Karvanserey. I have written a review of it for Travel Advisor. It was a very good choice for us as it was full of history and mystery (and my own cat!). The staff was wonderful. Our guides each day were very good. I wish the guide to Ephesus knew more about the Christian history of St. Paul. But he was very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of the places. He took us to the Basilica of St. John and to Mary's house where we were able to go to Mass.
So, again, thank you for all your arrangements. I hope we can visit Kusadasi again.

Greetings Mrs. Baydur,
My husband and I have returned from our holiday in Samos and Turkey. Many thanks to you for your efficient planning and attention to the details of our trip to Pythagorio! Everything went beautifully, and we loved it!! There are two minor things that I might mention, not complaints at all, but just little things that you might consider for your future patrons. The breakfast at Kayhanbey began at 7:30, and we had to be at the dock at 7:30. Even though we mentioned it at the desk when we checked in, we were unable to get breakfast at the hotel. However, we were able to pick up breakfast near the dock before boarding the ferry, so no problem. The other minor detail was in knowing that we needed to walk a couple or so blocks in Vathi to reach the square where we could get a taxi. Again, these are not complaints and were not problems for us, just little details that we thought you might want to share with future clients. We will definitely recommend you to anyone who may be visiting Turkey or Samos!
Also, we loved your country, our tour there, and the many people we met throughout our travels. We hope to return to Turkey someday.
Again, thank you for helping us and for providing us a worry-free holiday! We appreciate your excellent work!

Dear Ceyda -
Just a note to say hello and again thank you for everything you did for us on our trip through Turkey, all the arrangements you made, the ferry schedules you checked, and checked, and checked, the transportation you booked both ferry and ground. You are really incredible! What an asset you are to the company.
As we look back on the three months of travel, our highlights are Venice, the Tuscan countryside, and TURKEY!
You live in a wonderful, exciting country. It is very, very "civilized" with such history and culture The people that we met and those in which we came in contact were friendly, very nice and helpful, I plan to return in the next few years with John, if we are so lucky. This next time we will stay at least a month!
Reflections upon the Turkey Experience:
Some things I would change , some things I would do the same:
(1) I would never, ever, take the ferry "Cesme" from Ancona, Italy to Cesme, Turkey again - It wasn't the length of the voyage that was the problem. That ship was really old and bad. During the night some kind of black soot/grainy stuff came out of the air conditioning. it was all over us, in the bed, on the pillows, in my hair, and I am sure that I was breathing this stuff all night long. Who knows what it was - perhaps even some kind of toxic material. The bathroom was right out of a troop ship according to John who was in the military. The toilet was loose off the floor and it was dangerous! I got them to chage the air filter on the second day and rebolt the toilet to the floor. That ferry needs to be "retired" ....the other ferries (Denizline) were much better accommodations. the room was like a very nice hotel room. That I would repeat.
(2) Because the Cesme ferry was four to five hours late (thank goodness Mustafa waited for us patiently for us) and we really missed some important places along the way from Cesme to Bodrum. We will repeat that portion of Turkey in the near future and have some wonderful places to see. We look forward to it.
(3) I would stay at El Vino, Bodrum for a week if possible. What a wonderful place, and Deniz was sensational as hotel manager. The well thought out hotel architecture was beautiful and the upper deck dining overlooking the city was lovely. Our room (honeymoon suite) was so comfortable - I really wanted to stay for a much longer time. Bodrum is a good city, a working city with lots of things to see and do. Our transportation problems (a one hour late taxi that left us little time to get to the ferry - and then the driver going to the airport with me insisting that he was making a mistake - I was in the back saying "no, no, no" over and over....saying ferry Denizline over and over....trying to get him to stop going in the wrong direction was pretty bad....and we almost missed the ferry after all that work to book the Denizline accommodation etc....it was bad....they had wrong instructions....and they were very late at pick up....this was really bad! - that was the only time I gave no "thanks for service" tip)
(4) The hotel Uyan in Istanbul was terrific and what a location. We did have the "honeymoon suite" which was located at the very top corner of the hotel, with wonderful windows and a balcony. It was the most perfect and romantic of all the places we stayed in three months. I looked at three other rooms just to see that the hotel had similar level of accommodations - they weren't as good as ours, but they were clean, nice and updated. The hotel location just a block off of the most important avenue to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and the Palace makes it as good as the Four Seasons at the end of the street (without the excessive cost). Dining: the hotel breakfasts were excellent. The restaurant "Seven Dreams" right next door was outstanding. It was a great little street with very friendly business owners, there are several good little stores for fruit, drinks, and other small things within - street fruit vendors pushing carts had excellent quality and selection (you can tell that we eat a lot of fruit) There were many small outdoor restaurants that were excellent as well as a small bazaar in the area with traditional dancing and food. The predictable more tourist oriented restaurants were more expensive, but of outstanding quality. I went out on some streets alone at night (early) to do some last minute shopping and it was very safe. I plan to stay there again for a week at least. We walked everywhere from Suleymaniye Cami, the University of Istanbul, the two level Roman Aqueduct, took public transportation to the Spice Bazaar....we had so much fun...saw some poverty like parts of the city as well. The full day tour was excellent and our guide was exceptional; the half day tour was adequate but could have been much better in many ways.
(5) We had been warned against renting and driving a car in Turkey, but after seeing the roads, the towns, the cities the helpful people, I would rent a car and drive the coastal towns. I would design a trip something like this: Travel from Piraeus (Athens) via ferry to Kos - cross over to Bodrum....or I would go to Cypress, Rhodes, Marmaris and then up and down the coast. Probably would leave the car at Bodrum after spending a good amount of time in your coastal area, and take the ferry to Istanbul. Stay at least a week. I would never drive in Istanbul, however!!! I might go from Itanbul to some other country. I will ask you what your suggestions are when we decide to come back.
(6) We enjoyed our stay in Rhodes at the Mediterranean or whatever that hotel was called. Excellent walking distance into the walled city, and the beaches were nice (but the water was freezing - I couldn't believe how many people were swimming) and the restaurants in the neighborhood - sitting outside on those hot summer nights - could not have been better. The hotel was so large that it was more "impersonal" - but that was to be expected. I would not stay anywhere else! I really don't expect to find special places in every single country or city that we visit, but we didn't really get to "know" the people in Rhodes in the same way as we did at some of the smaller hotels like El Vino, or Uyan, or even on the Denizline Ferry.
Well, as you can see, I am so happy to have come to your country. I am so happy to have met you, Ceyda. I hope if you change your job to another company, you will let me know. I would like to keep track of your successful career. i will always recommend both you and Anker Travel to anyone thinking thay may be visiting Turkey.
P.S. I loved your selection of wine that was waiting for us in Istanbul, I had one small glass every evening before we went out for dinner and it lasted through Istanbul and I was able to bring it on to the ferry for the trip Istanbul to Bodrum. You are very thoughtful!

Istanbul - Hotel Armada. I made this arrangement myself before I contacted you. This was a reasonably priced and completely excellent hotel just inside the walls of the old city in easy walking distance of Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, and the Blue Mosque, as well as the train to/from the airport and other places. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Canakkale - Kervanseray. Your choice, and a good one. The people there were great. It was a bit hard to find. I learned that I should print google maps for each hotel before I leave home.
Kusadasi. The Villa Konak was just a wonderful place to stay (once we found it!!). Mr. Kaya and his staff were great. They made a point of getting all the visitors to meet one another at teatime, and this was a delightful (and unexpected) part of our trip. Kaya lent me one of his own computers while we were there! This was really "above and beyond" what was necessary. We liked Kusadasi very much. I'd rather spend an extra night here for the additional archaeological sites than the night in Bergama.
Bodrum - Hotel El Vino. This was a little far out of town, which surprised us. However, what a marvelous place! It was such a haven of peacefulness and still in walking distance of the downtown. Our balcony was surrounded with bougainvilleas and with a great view of the lovely gardens and of the town. It was truly special. The one thing that might have made it a bit better would have been if someone on the premises knew a little more English. Both the hotel and the town were quite delightful.
Rhodes - St. Nikolis. This was one that I chose, and I don't think you had used it before. Please allow me to recommend it to you wholeheartedly. The location was within the walls of the Old City but in a quiet corner, and the roof terrace had a great view of the Old City and the sea beyond. Our room was great. Breakfast included fresh loquats from the trees in their garden. Marianne was a most friendly and helpful hostess. She helped us plan our three days in Rhodes over the Easter weekend to best advantage. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. I hope you will feel free to recommend them to other people as well.
Santorini - Anteliz Hotel & Apartments. I made this arrangement before I contacted you, and it was a lovely place. It's just outside of the town, which made it a bit quieter, but still really very close to town, an easy walk. The rooms were very nice (included a kitchenette); the pool and terrace were lovely; and the view couldn't be beat. I don't know if you use them or not, but if not, you might want to.
I guess that's about it. Again, Dan and I thank you very much for all your help. We especially enjoyed having a chance to meet you in person when we were in Kusadasi.

| I thought I would just let you know that the Hotel Aydinlar which you arranged for us near Nusaybin worked very well. The rooms were very acceptable, and it had an excellent restaurant - mainly used by truck drivers as it is essentially a motel on the Iraq highway - with the best
service we encountered anywhere during the trip. So I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Our trip was a delight, although it was getting quite hot at the end - is the heat any less? I keep thinking of all bright red, sunburned English people we saw there by the pool. I just want to give a short testimonial on my recent trip to Turkey and Greece with my family (group of 5), which was arranged by Anker Travel.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the excellent service given by Anker Travel.
Kusadasi:
We arrived in Istanbul from Indonesia, then after checking out the luggages, we had to take another flight to Izmir. The Istanbul-Izmir tickets were provided by Anker Travel in the form of electronic ticket. After landing at the Izmir airport, we were picked up by a driver using a minivan, which was perfect for 5 people. By the time we got to the hotel Derici in Kusadasi, it was already almost midnight. The hotel was clean and located very strategically.
Our program in Kusadasi started the following day. Anker Travel provided us with a tour guide named ..., complete with a minivan and a driver. He's a very knowledgable, passionate and friendly guide, I would say the best that we had during our entire trip. Since most that we saw in Kusadasi were ruins, having a tour guide definitely gave us a much more understanding about the history. But his knowledge was not limited to the history of Turkey, we could also learn about Turkey's economics, politics, demographics, and even its endemic plants. On top of that we found that he was also a very good singer, and probably someday can become the next Turkish Idol. He invited us to his regular performance in a comfy little bar in Kusadasi called Oriental Bar.
During our 4 nights stay in Kusadasi, Anker Travel took us to see Artemis Temple, Ephesus, House of Mary, St. John Basilica, Pamukkale & Hierapolis, Priene, Miletus, & Didyma. They also took us to see ceramics, carpet factory, and leatherware outlet. Though these places felt like one of those tourist traps, we didn't mind going there, since it gave us a chance to see with our own eyes how hard it is to make a hand woven silk carpets. We actually got ourselves a very nice Turkish carpet for our living room back at home.
Mykonos:
Anker Travel arranged a trip to Mykonos by ferry from Kusadasi. We had to make a stop at Samos, the birthplace of Pythagoras, for a few hours. So we had time to walk around the downtown in Samos. We arrived in Mykonos at night, and someone had already waited us at the port to transport us to the hotel Semeli. Since we could wander around in Mykonos by ourselves, no tour guide was needed. Hotel Semeli was definitely the best hotel that we had during our entire trip. My room has an excellent view, was spacious, very clean, and the breakfast was excellent.
Santorini:
We also took ferry to go from Mykonos to Santorini, with a transit in Naxos. On the ferry from Mykonos to Naxos, to our surprise Anker Travel gave us business class seats. As usual, we were picked up at Santorini port, and transport us to Ira Hotel in Firostefani. The view from the hotel was superb, the room was OK. The only thing about the room that I didn't like was that there was a little weird smell in the room when we first came in, but it was gone after we spent a night. And one more thing, there were no restaurant around our hotel, so he had to walk about 20 minutes to get to Fira. But that's fine with me since I specifically mentioned to .... when she booked the hotel that I didn't mind staying in Firostefani, since it's cheaper than Fira.
Athens:
The most painful ferry ride experience was the one from Santorini to Pireaus port in Athens, because it was eight hours ride without transit. And the ferry was packed. Moreover, we were supposed to be picked up at Pireaus port, but somehow the driver didn't show up and we had to take taxi instead. Lucky for us the taxi driver was willing to fit 5 people into the taxi so that we didn't have to take two cabs. Anker Travel considerately refund the transport cost. We stayed at Adrian Hotel, which was a small and clean hotel located at Plaka, where you can see Acropolis showered with lights at night. On the following day, a tour guide picked us up at the hotel. Her name was .... She was very passionate and knowledgable about Greek history. Too bad we only had one day in Athens. Anker Travel provided us with a big pink luxurious bus, which I thought was cute. By the way, Anker Travel also helped us out with our Turkish visa. There was a major mistake done by the Turkish Embassy in Jakarta when issuing the visa; therefore, one of us had to apply for another Turkish visa in Athens. With the help from ...., we managed to get the visa on time.
Istanbul:
We took airplane to go from Athens to Istanbul. This time the tour guide, .... , picked us at the airport. Since we arrived in the morning, he took us straight to the day tour after dropping our luggages at Hotel Mina located in Sultanahmet. Mina Hotel was a clean hotel with quite a big bathroom (for European standard), and the location can't be more strategic. There were so many things that we could see and learn in Istanbul. The only thing that I have to comment was that we felt that our guide, wasn't too passionate in explaining things. We felt that he could have explained more about lots of things. I guess we had quite a high standard after having ... as our guide in Kusadasi and Athens.
One more thing that we were quite dissapointed at was the 1001 Night Sultana Show. We thought that the show was very cheesy, even for tourists. We ended up left early, and called it a night.
Other than those, we had an excellent experience in Istanbul (despite the cold and wet weather).
Anker Travel had been very helpful from the beginning until the end of our trip.
I would definitely recommend Anker Travel to our friends who are interested in visiting Turkey and Greece.

We have arrived back in Canada after our fabulous trip to Greece and Turkey! I wanted to thank you for all your great organizing of our
travel plans. All our ferry connections and plane trips worked out great without any hitches.
We were very busy and saw some incredible sights. Our tour guides, Hediye in Kusadasi and Irfan in Capppadocia were wonderful. They were
both so knowledgeable and we really enjoyed our tours with them.
My favorite part of the trip was Cappadocia. The landscape was spectacular, unlike anything we had seen before.

I am back home.
About the trip ...it was really nice , your country is beautiful and a lot of nice things to see and do, Greece as well is a great country, it was everything fine, althought I made most long trip between Kusadasi and the Islands, when I was back to Kusadasi I was exausted and I entered in a hotel to take a shower and sleep fews hours.
The hotel in Mykonos - Eva is really nice place, clean, good place, view, reception, in Santorini - Margarita is a simple one, clean , people there nice , but hotel it just ok and the hotel in Kusadasi , nice location but I believe a long time ago it was a nice 3 stars ...nowdays ...not good , and in Istanbul I stayed in Apricot Hotel very nice place, people, location, around Arrasta Bazaar, clean, good breakfast in the roof...
I am just telling you about the hotels for you know a little more ...

Kusadasindan tedirgin ayrilmamiza ragmen, çok mutlu bir sekilde ve bir de 5 haftalik bir bebek(henüz karnimda :-)) haberiyle Ankara'ya döndük. Size hersey için tesekkür etmek istiyoruz. Bütün rezervasyonlariniz bütçemize uygun ve gönlümüze göre yapilmisti. Hoteller bekledigimizden temiz ve rahatty. Samos ve Santorini'deki oteller aileler tarafindan isletilen, simsicak ve sirin hotellerdi.Genel olarak hotellerin merkezlere ve/veya feribota yakin olmasi bizi en çok rahat ettiren olay oldu. Bütün hotellerde continental brekfast vardi. Yunan kahvaltysy bizimkine benzer diye düsündügümüz için, bu biraz sürpriz oldu bize, ama sonuçta verdigimiz ücret de ona göreydi tabii. Her sabah tereyag, reçel ve kahveyle kahvalti ettik, bir süre sonra da öyle alistik ki, Türkiye'de de bazy sabahlary continental brekfast sabahy ilan etmeye basladik.Fiyat ve hizmetleriniz konusunda Türkiye'deki turizm sektöründe alisilmadik olmadigimiz bir dürüstlük gösterdiniz. Çok kisa zamanda çok isabetli ve uygun fiyatta bir program hazyrladynyz. Bize ödeme kolaylik sundunuz. Samimiyetiniz bizi çok etkiledi ve size güvenmemizi sagladi. Her zaman gönül rahatligi ile tavsiye edecegimiz bir kisi ve firma olacaksiniz. Ileride baska turlarda görüsmek dilegiyle bütün çabalariniz için çok tesekkür ederiz.

I just wanted to write and say what a delightful time we had on our recent trip to the Greek Islands and Turkey. We really loved everywhere we went on the itinerary you helped develop, everyone we met was very friendly and most helpful when we were looking for places and helped us learn some Turkish along the way.
Out of the 7 countries we have travelled to over the last few months, Turkey was by far our favourite and we have decided we will definitely return in a couple of years (once we have saved enough again!).
The only disappointment was that the hotels along the Turkish coast were fabulous, but due to our itinerary we were unable to enjoy them. We didn't arrive until early evening each day and then we were on the road after breakfast again. We felt that we could have had accommodation of a lower star level due to our time constraints. The other main thing was that there was no map in the rental vehicle and that the vouchers had no addresses for the hotels. I had written up an itinerary for our entire trip and included addresses and contact numbers for each hotel for our family and friends to contact us if necessary as we were away
for some months, so we were able to use that. Otherwise, we would have had some trouble.
But overall, it was fabulous, it all flowed very smoothly and we just wanted to say thank you very much for helping us have a fabulous time.

wir möchten uns bedanken für die Organisation des Midibusses, mit dem wir eine wunderbare Anatolientour gemacht haben.
Unser besonderer Dank gilt dem hervorragenden Chauffeur Ismet Akhulut, mit dem wir bestens zufrieden waren.
Mit der Langsamkeit des Busses bei Bergstrecken haben wir uns abgefunden und haben es dann sogar genossen, dass wir die herrlichen Landschaften in der Osttürkei, z.B. das Coruh-Flusstal zwischen Yusufeli und Artvin - einfach fantastisch! - bei langsamer Fahrt umso besser betrachten konnten.

| We just returned after our third trip to Turkey, each one booked through the services of Anker Travel. I can't say enough positive things about this wonderful travel agency and my agent.... It is a joy to work with someone like ..., our representative with Anker, who combines professionalism and attention to details with such a kind a warm demeanor. I would be delighted if somehow ... and Anker Travel could take care of all my travel needs in the US, as they could definitely teach our travel agencies here a thing or two. Our recent trip was perfect and all details including flights within Turkey, hotel reservations, special requests, and car rentals were handled without a flaw. We wanted to send a note to thank you for arranging two terrific tours during our visit to Turkey. Ephesus in particular was the highlight of a 3 week journey that included 8 countries. Your guides and drivers were perfect and we send high praise to everyone at your company.

I am thanking you truly for all your help as I am sure if I did not have you, my trip would have been a worry and mistakes made with much time wasted.

I want to thank you from the bottom of our full and delighted hearts for recommending Anker Travel to handle our tours of Jewish and general interest at the ports of call on our Mediterranean cruise. We ended up with an outstanding tour of Ephesus and tours of Izmir plus Sardis and Volos-Meteora which had outstanding Jewish heritage parts as well as general parts, all arranged by ... of Anker - God bless her. (We also did a fantastic Athens tour through a guide recommended by the Jewish Museum there.) My wife and I started out looking to go with another few couples, but we ended up with a full bus and overflow on all our tours! Our old and many new friends are now clamoring for us to "take" them elsewhere.

We are back and settled and can now tell you about our trip.
Everything was perfect. Every arrangement you (Anker travel) made for us was executed on time and accurately. The guides were expert, professional, and fun to be with. The hotels were excellent and exactly what we desired. Furthermore, all of the hotels were exactly where we desired to facilitate easy access to the sites and activities we wanted. Our car rental went fine and we had absolutely no problem driving through Turkey (1000 Km and not stopped at a single speed trap).
Turkey was absolutely wonderful. We saw amazing and interesting things. The Turkish people are probably the nicest and most friendly we have ever met as tourists. When we return to Turkey (next year we hope) we will deffinately contact you and Anker Travel to arrange our trip.

Het was bij aankomst in België toch wel weer even wennen hoor, aan de temperatuur (nachtvorst) maar ook aan het ander soort leven. Het leven in Turkije leek me rustiger, socialer dan hier. Just a quick note to say that I have arrived home safe and sound. Thank you for all your help in getting my ticket from Cesme to Brindisi. The ferry was just fine. I joined the queue to get onto the ferry at 6.00am and was about the 40th car. Getting through all the formalities was quick and the ferry left 15min late.
The service and cabin were just what the doctor ordered.
Going through the Corinth Canal was awe inspiring. Getting out in Italy was fine. They just waved me on. I spent the night in Bari and then got to home very late on the Sunday night
Monday morning.
So home safe and sound.
Once again thank you for your help and I am planning to go back so I will
contact you.

Thank you so much for your help with our plans to Turkey. When we arrived, we went to pick up our intercity tickets from Turkish Airlines and they were there waiting for us. The hotel reservation in Pumakkale was also arranged to our liking. You did everything just the way we wanted it done in a timely manner. I would willingly recommend you and your services to anyone who needs help with internet reservations. You saved us a lot of money. The airline tickets were much more expensive in the USA because the airline charges all kinds of extra fees for delivery to the USA. I was told that the hotel charge more too if you do not go through a travel agent.
